Outstanding personal achievement in community college public relations is recognized each year with the presentation of the All PRO Award. Winners are nominated by presidents, chancellors or public relations professionals. Recipients must have served California's community colleges with distinction as a public relations professional. The selection is announced at the CCPRO annual conference.

A PRO Award represents the highest mark of achievement for marketing, public relations and graphic design in California's community colleges. Awards are presented in more than 20 categories, including class schedules, writing, photography, newsletters, media relations, and advertising, and broadcast promotions. Winners are announced at the annual CCPRO conferences held in the spring.
